6 Principles of Pedagogical Leadership

The creation of The 6 Principles of Pedagogical Leadership was a collaborative, values-driven process that aimed to parallel the practices described throughout this document. This work was co-created by the Pedagogical Leadership Guiding Team; Focus Groups which included participants from the sector (Early Childhood Educators, Pedagogical Leaders, Directors); Regional Directors and Early Learning Consultants from the Districts; and members of the EECD Central Office Team.
